Who can enroll in your courses?
Anyone aged 18 or older with a valid Emirates ID or passport may enrol in our public safety training courses. Some company-sponsored programs may have additional eligibility criteria.
Where are the trainings conducted?
In-person sessions are held at the American University of Sharjah, University City, Sharjah, UAE. Specific venues for individual batches are listed on the course detail pages.
Are your certifications recognized in the UAE?
Yes — all our certifications are issued in collaboration with the Sharjah Civil Defense Authority and are recognized across the UAE.
Can international participants join the courses?
Yes, international participants are welcome. You will need a valid passport for registration; visa arrangements are the participant's responsibility.
Are the courses available in multiple languages?
Most courses are conducted in English. Selected programs offer Arabic instruction — check the course detail page for the listed language.
Do you offer online courses?
A subset of our theoretical modules are available online. Practical components and the final assessment require in-person attendance.
Is there a dress code for in-person training?
Closed-toe shoes and comfortable, modest attire are required. Practical sessions may require additional PPE which is provided on-site.
How long does it take to complete a course?

Is there parking available at the training venues?
Free parking is available at the AUS campus for course participants. Other venues are listed with their parking details on each course page.
